We ship USPS when ever possible, using either 1st Class or Priority Mail depending on cost and shipping time. If your package is lost or damaged contact us and we will replace your purchases as soon as possible and we will file a claim to recoup our losses from the shipper.
We want you to be happy with the work of our hands. If you are not, send your purchase back and we will exchange it or refund the product price (your choice).
a) Returned goods must arrive: unused, undamaged and in resalable condition.
b) They must be returned within 3 months of the purchase date.
Custom orders may be exchanged or returned for credit. The credit must be used within 3 months or it is forfeited.
We Lifetime Guarantee all of our products against workmanship and material defects. We will (at our discretion) repair or replace any defective item sent back to us.
Note that normal wear and tear is not a defect and is not covered under the guarantee. However, we would be happy to repair any of our products for a normal fee priced at time and materials.
